Today has been a lovely, quiet day. Bryce took BOTH the kids right after breakfast out on the boat, and he just called (at 4pm) to tell me they were having a great time and wouldn't be back for awhile. I love my kids, but there is nothing more wonderful sometimes than a day without them.
On another note, I tried a recipe for Chile Verde the other day, and it was okay, but not great. I had these wonderful peppers from my CSA box, and wanted to do something fun with them. Does anyone have a good recipe they are willing to share?
